Who We Are

The Center For Family Violence Prevention is a non-profit organization based out of Greenville, North Carolina dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence. We offer counseling for victims and their families, provide court advocates who assist victims in legal matters, and provide treatment programs. Our safehouse, New Directions, provides victims and their families safe shelter and prepares them to be self-sufficient.

Help Us Fight Domestic Violence

Help us break the cycle of domestic violence. We accept monetary donations for our program operations and to reach out to victims. Gently used womens clothing and accessories can be donated to resell at our boutique, My Sister's Closet. Christmas gifts may be donated to families who are residents at our safehouse.

Knowledge is POWER!

We offer community education through various presentations to local schools, churches, and other organizations. We also provide training for community programs and professionals who are interested. We encourage the community to get involved through our awareness projects that we host during various times of the year.
